Company Policy

Tourama has the following company policy, which is a kind of guarantee to you, as a traveller, holidaymaker or corporate customer.

1) We quote fares and hotel rates all inclusive, if you have given us enough information about your trip to do so. The terms and conditions of the fare with taxes will be clearly stated. We will treat the money you have set aside for travel budget as conservatively as if it were our own (Cost Saving), so if you want to override this to splurge for a special occasion or other reasons, you need to tell us.

2) Your travel, whether corporate or leisure is confidential, and we will not divulge your plans to anyone.

3) We will warn you if the hotel you have selected has a bad reputation, and if we are selling you a hotel separately it will be the best available vetted property.

4) Our charges for reissues/date changes, refunds, visa handling etc. will always be fair, and according to the IATA Agents Association of Sri Lanka (industry) guidelines, of which we are a member.

5) We make reservations only when you have instructed us to do so. We do not keep bookings that you have instructed us to cancel. We do not create dummy bookings and speculative bookings. We avoid creating duplicates which may both be auto-cancelled by airlines, and we have zero tolerance for these practices.
